Here is a little about our newest sisterhood Chapter Holder, Anna Borsyakova.
What inspired me to hold women circles:
In 2013 I was doing a TT course "Conscious Pregnancy" and there I've realized the healing power of women circles. During these powerful moments ,where we were getting together practicing yoga, dancing, talking, drinking tea - so many emotions and traumas were released and healed. Back then I' ve decided that I want to share this experience with many women in my community to create secure meditative space without judgement where we can gather like sisters and heal each other through yoga, meditation, dance, live music (harp), sacred vibrations(gong) and tea.
They say that " woman is the best psychologist for another woman" so it is such a great thing to be able to create this space and time where we can stay together to share, release and elaborate our emotions and experiences through mind and body and just relax and really enjoy the present moment realizing that being a Woman is the great honor and divine experience.
My offerings for our gathering would be an experience of the following:
- KY kriya
- Deep relaxation with Gong
- Guided visualization with harp (live)
- New Moon ritual(writing down intentions from the heart)
- Meditation to create your future
- "Adi Shakti" dancing meditation
- Tea ceremony
My Radiant ritual:
Rituals are really important for me. Especially my morning ones:
I like to start my day gently by slowly opening my eyes and adjusting my energy flow using particular combination of mudras and mantras. Then while still in bed I do stretch pose and cat stretch. When out of bed I like to do Ayurvedic face massage with sesame seed oil ( takes about 1 minute and results are amazing!). Then I do 15-30 min KY kriya and meditation. And if my children are still sleeping I do a little tea ceremony just to stay in silence before starting the day.
I believe that "me time" are really important for women for their overall health, balance and radiance. We should all be able to incorporate some ceremonies in our lives to celebrate our femininity and our divine nature in order to be able to nurture and take care of ourselves, our loved ones, our families and environments. Because if you don't have, you can't give (you name it energy, time, love...).
