Jupiter Business Meditation Kriya AKA Magic

The Art of giving back is the Prosperity path. 

This meditation can be done for 31 minutes, out of kindness, but the requirement is to do it for 62 minutes. While you are meditating, ask for opportunities to flow into you.

Part 1:

Posture: Interlock the index fingers, also called the Jupiter fingers, at the middle segment. The left index finger hooks down over the right. The right index finger hooks horizontally with the left. Bring the mudra to the heart center – with the arms parallel to the ground. If you hold the hands too low, it will cause a depression. Keep the spine straight.

(Variation: you may also hold the mudra at the level of the third eye.)

Yogi Bhajan: “If you hold the posture at the heart center, you will be an achiever. If you hold it at the third eye, you will have the strongest projection you can have.”

Eyes: Fix your eyes at the tip of the nose. Make your face totally relaxed and calm.

Breath: Take the lips and make them round, as if you were drinking water. Then breathe deeply through the mouth. Exhale at the tip of the nose.  Breathe in like you are breathing in prosperity, like you are drinking water. Drink the prana through the mouth and exhale through the nose.

Mantra: Listen deeply to the mantra while you keep the breathe going. This sound of the breath and the mantra guarantees prosperity.

If you are doing this meditation for 31 minutes, continue Part I for 24 minutes.

If you are doing this meditation for 62 minutes, continue Part I for 55 minutes.


  • After approximately 11 minutes, the patterns in your head will start to change. Your body will start to relax and with those tensions gone, you will start finding new horizons.
  • About 15 minutes into the meditation, you shall enter the zone of body repulses. That means certain things which have been blocking you will start to tremble.
  • After approximately 22 minutes, you will start to face your mental blocks, which need your perfect attention. Keep the breath strong and full as the fight starts between you and your mind.

If you do this once a week for 62 minutes at a regular time, that’s all you need. Within you there is a capacity to bring prosperity home and this kriya, called Jupiter kriya, brings prosperity home. It is powerful enough to clear out the garbage in your subconscious mind. Your own electromagnetic psyche shall be tuned in with the universal electromagnetic field. This shall give you special energy and competence. There is hardly any possibility you will have a problem. There is no chance of failure with this.

Jupiter is the Lord of Knowledge. 

  • By the Jupiter lock you will invoke the Jupiter guidance. 

  • By looking at the tip of your nose, you will control your mind to achieve it. 

  • By breathing a full breath inside the pranic energy, you will bring the result home. 

  • By the sound current, you will change the neurons of the brain to set a pattern of success. 

  • There is a subliminal, computerized permutation and combination in the sound of the mantra to assure prosperity.

Part 2:

Posture: Keeping the Jupiter fingers interlocked – raise the arms and hold the mudra over the head.

Keep the eyes focused at the tip of the nose, with the same breath pattern, listening to the mantra.

Continue for 5 minutes, whether you are doing the meditation for 31 or 62 minutes.

This posture will establish the brain strength. It will strengthen the grey matter. It creates a halo around your forehead which is the sign of good luck.

Part 3:

Posture: Keeping the Jupiter fingers interlocked – lower the arms and hold the mudra at the navel center.

Keep the eyes focused at the tip of the nose, with the same breath pattern, listening to the mantra.

Continue for 2 minutes, whether you are doing the meditation for 31 or 62 minutes.


To End:

Shake the hands and your entire body very vigorously for one minute. Every part of your body that you move will be your friend.

I personally encourage you to try it out once a week for the next 40 days and experience the magic for yourself.

On Grace, Ritual and "The Yogini Path" with Kristen Stuart

What is your morning ritual to cultivate clarity and grace  (self care must do’s)?

Upon rising I always drink a glass of warm organic lemon water while watching the sunrise out my window on the 3 Sister’s Mountains. This is followed by morning meditation on my mat by the fire for 10-20mins. I may do a smudge, light candles, select essential oil blends for my diffuser based on my needs, and/or draw tarot cards for inspiration and intention in my day ahead. Then it is double americano misto time sweetened with local honey and sprinkled with cinnamon - I love strong coffee! When I can carve out time I will hit my mat for an asana practice to ground, open and move my body, though some days this works better later in my afternoon. I also love my morning beauty ritual and am currently blissing out with the Pura Botanicals skincare line. It feels so indulgent to treat my skin to these luminous, gorgeous smelling products. A neti pot rinse is also a part of my self-care practices, especially through the fall, winter and spring months.

Who do you believe is your spirit animal and why? (optional) 

White Horse - I have felt the presence of a White Horse with me (and great desire to ride one!) for quite some time I feel a great deal of connection to the symbolism of the White Horse in Strength, Freedom, Intuition, Spirituality, Wild Heart, Vitality, and Unbridled Spirit. 

Raven - my Spirit messenger; there is always one close by

White Wolf - The wolf has always held power and a sense of connection for me, intimately tied to my instincts as a woman. I feel wolf freedom, power and grace and have had deeply moving and spiritual experiences with wolf medicine over the years. Plus the book 'Women Who Run with the Wolves’ by Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes is one of my favourites. 

What is the true essence of  “The Yogini Path”? 

The true essence of the Yogini Path is remembrance and recalibration. It is a guided journey and rich path of self-study supported by the practices of yoga, meditation, Kundalini kriya, yoga nidra, and time in nature, designed to connect women back to their true nature as wild, free, luminous and divine. The Yogini Path is about remembering your harmony, strength, wisdom and grace. It is an opportunity for women to remember the woman they came here to be. I want women to come out of this immersion program, look at themselves in the mirror and say I AM ENOUGH

We study and work with the elements, goddess archetypes, chakras and koshas, laugh, dance, sing, cry, wear gold tattoos, eat chocolate, write, create, design, and come together in circle, in sisterhood and in our hearts. It is a powerful way to expand your studies in yoga and more importantly of yourself. My Yogini Path tribes usually consists of a rich mix of yoga teachers of all ages and women ready to dive into the journey home to self. 

Name one muse that continues to inspire you?

Mama Earth/Pachamama sprinkled with a dash of Pocahontas, Incan Priestess, Artemis, Athena, Durga, Lakshmi, a little Kali and a sprinkle of Ariel the Mermaid. Was that more than one? ;)

What is your daily ritual to stay connected and in the creative flow? 

I Love to walk/hike in nature with the sun on my face. I am blessed to call Canmore home,  in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. I can walk out my door into stunning mountain scenery, walk through the forest and witness the beauty of nature in all of her forms (waterfalls, creeks, rivers, wildflowers, etc.) These offer such rich inspiration and teachings for me. I also love to visit our natural spring to pray, meditate, rinse my skin and fill up my water jars with pure prana vibing water straight from source.

What makes you feel Graceful and Victorious? 

When I am moving in the mountains - rock climbing, hiking, trail running, skiing, biking and/or SUP’ing.

How do you wish women to feel during and after your offerings?

hOMe - in their hearts, connected in tribe and ready to rise. 

What are your rituals in regards to the New Moon and Full Moon phases?

I will always spend time in meditation either in the mountains or in my home. I like to do a smudge with palo santo to clear any residue before moving into a new cycle and I often work with different tarot decks to pull a card reading. I also line up some of crystals, Chalice Grove malas and gemstones on the balcony for a moonbath and then I will take my own candlelit bath filled with himalayan salts and my favourite essential oils. 

What is your current Mantra, Prayer or Affirmation that you pull up for support? (when you feel lack, depleted or low)


What are you really excited about for 2017 and what were you grateful for in 2016?

2016 was a big year of growth in my business and my personal self + sense of worth for which I am very grateful. It involved a lot of movement in heart, spirit and soul, rich experiences with family and friends, and connections with amazing and inspiring lightworkers doing great work on our planet. I had the opportunity for extensive international travel and adventures in Peru, New Zealand, Mexico and other magical places which brings me so much joy and satisfies my wanderlustin’ boho vibin heart. I was also blessed to spend the most powerful time with my 98yr old Grandmother as she transitioned. This woman has been the richest source of inspiration in my life and to be there with her, with my hand on her heart as she took her last breaths was a gift I will never forget.

2017 is looking wildly beautiful with some new exciting projects birthing (stay tuned ;). I am expanding my Yogini Path program into new cities, completing my Kundalini Level 1 Training, growing my doTERRA essential oils business, raising the bar and the awareness of my Unity Project fundraiser across Canada for the Ninos del Sol Orphanage in Peru, a cause near and dear to my heart. I will be starting up Moon Shakti Circles and gatherings for women again after a 3yr break and I am honoured to bring La Luna Social to the mountains. Most importantly I am committed to saying No to more, and Yes to myself and family for more travel, mountain play and retreat time together.

Beginning July 1st: A 40 Sodarshan Chakra Kriya Meditation for the Soul

Excited to share this meditation and embark on the journey of what is on the other side through this 40 day Sadhana. I will share a weekly blog post of my interpretations hoping to provide a web of support and open dialogue with shared comments below.

Although Sodarshan Chakra Kriya stands alone, in the way Yogi Bhajan taught it, you may want to do a warm up series to relax your whole body and to tune into and deepen the breath. You're going to be sitting relatively still for a while and that may take some preparation. Any practice will be complementary if the Kundalini YOGA practice is fresh for you. I personally suggest the SATTVA practice, Ashtanga or Dharma YOGA. Choose a practice that will regulate your breath and completely relax your body.

This meditation purifies, it takes care of the human life. It gives you the pranic power of health and healing. It establishes inner happiness and a state of flow and ecstasy in life. The kriya never fails.

To gain these benefits it requires different efforts from different people. Each mind has stored up its own pile of negative thought and energy. So each pit is cleaned on its own time and scale. You decide how much time you have and you need to invest in this practice. Treat the practice with reverence and increase your depth, dimensions, caliber and happiness. It gives you a new start against all odds. It saves you when internal pressures have become too great for any external influence or solution. It gives you the ability to stimulate yourself from the inside. Let's elevate our souls.

To begin please tune-in to the Adi Mantra 3-5 times (do it until you feel calm and present)  

Sit in an Easy Pose, with a light jalandhar bandh.


The eyes are fixed at the tip of the nose. (This meditation is not to be done with the eyes closed).



Mudra & Breath:

a) Block the right nostril with the right thumb. Inhale slowly and deeply through the left nostril. Suspend the breath. Mentally chant the mantra WHA-HAY GU-ROO 16 times. Pump the Navel Point 3 times with each repetition, once on WHA; once on HAY; and once on GUROO, for a total of 48 unbroken pumps.  (please do your best) 

b) After the 16 repetitions, unblock the right nostril. Place the right index finger (pinkie finger can also be used) to block off the left nostril, and exhale slowly and deeply through the right nostril.

c) Continue repeating a & b Time: for 11-31 minutes. Master practitioners may extend this practice to 62 minutes, then to 2-1/2 hours a day. (Start practicing slowly— the slower the better. Start with five minutes a day, and gradually build your time)

To End:

Inhale, hold the breath 5-10 seconds, then exhale. Stretch the arms up and shake every part of your body for 1 minute, so the energy can spread.

Comments: This is one of the greatest meditations you can practice. It has considerable transformational powers. The personal identity is rebuilt, giving the individual a new perspective on the Self. It retrains the mind. According to the tantra shastras, it can purify your past karma and the subconscious impulses that may block you from fulfilling you. It balances all the 27 facets of life and mental projection, and gives you the pranic power of health and healing It establishes inner happiness and a state of flow and ecstasy in life. 

This is how to keep track of the counting.  
Inhale (blocking the right nostril with the right thumb, other fingers held straight up in the air). And then I hold, and then I count '16' - - how? One. two. three -- counts with the pinkie finger, moving it slightly three times. Four. Five, six -- moves the ring finger three times. Seven, eight, nine -- moves the middle or Saturn finger three times. Ten. eleven, twelve: -- moves the index finger three times Thirteen, fourteen, fifteen -- moves the thumb slightly for three beats. Sixteen -- brings the index finger over to block off the left nostril, as he releases the right thumb from the right nostril. Then Exhale through right nostril.
